Your name? I go by Lunar, but some people might know me as Doe!Is Lunar your actual name? Nope. I will never put my real name on the internet haha, but Lunar is the name of one of my sonas. My real name is closer to Doe.Are you new to art twitter? I am not. I have another art account since around 2020. I decided to make this one because I got burn out on that account and decided to make a new one in early 2022 to join the Luxiem fandom. My art content❀

What kind of art content are you posting? I focused on character illustration, mostly characters from fandom I follow and ships! I do art to indulge my head canon hahaha. I'm grateful some people can enjoy it too. I also posted short comics sometimes and lots of meme art. I'm planning to do animation in the future!What fandoms are you making art from? My main art focus currently is DnD, Genshin and Overwatch character. I might do vtubers once in awhile. But mostly i do ships from these fandoms.So you also post ship art? Yup! Drawing my ship is my favorite activity ever. Copyright & Reproduction

Dengan membeli jasa komisi saya, klien setuju bahwa Lunarpogu memiliki semua hak atas karya komisi tersebut. Klien dilarang mengubah, menambah atau mengklaim karya seni oleh mereka sendiri atau pihak ketiga mana pun.Karya komisi hanya untuk penggunaan pribadi (personal use). Perihal penggunaan karya komisi untuk urusan komersial silahkan hubungi saya untuk dibahas lebih lanjut.

Payment

Klien dapat melakukan pembayaran penuh setelah menerima invoice atau membayar DP 50%-70% setelah draft komisi (biasanya dalam tahap sketsa) disetujui klien. Pengerjaan komisi baru akan dimulai kembali setelah pembayaran DP diterima.Komisi yang sudah selesai tidak akan dikirim ke klien sebelum klien melunaskan pembayaran sesuai dengan harga yang disepakati di awal. Pembayaran dapat dilakukan menggunakan BCA, Jenius atau Gopay. Jangan lupa untuk mengirim bukti pembayaran untuk mempermudah proses pengecekan.

Biaya Tambahan

Please note kalau ada kemungkinan saya akan menambahkan biaya tambahan di luar list yang sudah saya sebutkan di halaman sebelumnya. Contohnya: detail yang rumit, aksesoris yang banyak, outfit/karakter desain yang rumit dan detail ( seperti karakter Genshin/.HSR), dll. Not to worry, karena saya akan membahas perihal hal ini sebelum kita sepakat dengan harga.

Revision

Klien memiliki tiga kali kesempatan revisi.

Permintaan revisi di luar list tersebut akan dikenakan biaya.

Deadlines

Untuk saat ini, saya sedang tidak menerima komisi dengan deadline sempit/tidak fleksibel, seperti memerlukan komisi selesai dalam kurun waktu satu minggu. Karena takut bentrok dengan pekerjaan dari kantor, saya membutuhkan waktu minimal 5-10 hari untuk proses pengerjaan, kadang lebih tergantung dengan tipe komisinya.

Finished commission

Setelah pengerjaan komisi selesai, klien berhak mendapatkan:

Semua file tersebut akan dikirim via email untuk memastikan kualitas tidak turun.

Saya tidak akan memberikan original file karya (format .csp atau .psd) kecuali jika sudah disetujui dari awal dan dengan alasan yang jelas kenapa membutuhkan file tersebut.

Decline of offers, Cancellation, Refunds

Saya memiliki hak untuk menolak komisi yang tidak nyaman saya lakukan, termasuk karena hal-hal yang tidak saya tulis dalam list yang disebutkan di halaman sebelumnya.Saya berhak untuk berhenti mengerjakan komisi atau membatalkan pesanan komisi jika komunikasi dengan klien buruk (e.g. susah dihubungi, tidak melunaskan DP) atau klien berperilaku tidak senonoh (kasar, tidak sopan, tidak kooperatif, memiliki record hit and run).Kecuali saya tidak bisa melanjutkan pengerjaan komisi karena alasan pribadi, saya tidak menerima permintaan refund.

Please be aware that I might still add additional fee outside of the things I already listed on the previous page. Such as but not limited to: complicated details, a lot of accessories, detailed design/outfit (usually for Genshin/HSR characters), etc. Do not worry, I will always disclose and discuss all of the additional fee before we agree on the price.

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, the client agrees that Lunarpogu maintains ownership of the artwork. The client cannot modify the artwork themselves or through any third party*, nor claim it as their own. This applies but not limited to: all submitted sketches (regardless of whether the client proceeds with the commission), any work-in-progress updates, and similar materials.This commission is for personal use only. For any commercial use please contact me to discuss it before hand.

*For an exception with Shion Style upon paying permission fee

𐙚 Intellectual Property Rights ⋮⟢────

𐙚 Payment ⋮⟢────

Two choices of payment. Payment is due in full upon approval of the sketch by the client. Alternatively, a 50% up-front fee is required upon approval of the commission draft. Further work on the commission will commence upon receipt of the 50% up-front fee.The completed commission will only be delivered to the client once the full payment amount, as agreed upon, has been received. The payment can be made using Paypal for international commission and BCA or Jenius for local commission (ID).

Note: All prices listed are in US Dollars and Rupiah.

𐙚 Revision ⋮⟢────

The client is entitled to have three revision.

Any other revision request outside of the list will be charged.

𐙚 Deadlines ⋮⟢────

5 days - 3 weeks completion (I will give you a more precise deadline estimation after seeing the commission type and the scope of work during our discussion).Rushed commission may be available (minimum 5 days deadline) for some commission types upon discussion for an added fee.

𐙚 Finished Commission ⋮⟢────

In the end of commission, the client has the right to receive:

𐙚 Decline of offers, Cancellation, Refunds ⋮⟢────

I have the right to decline any commission I'm uncomfortable doing outside of the prior list I mention.I reserve the right to stop working on a commission or cancel a commission order due to poor communication or rude/inappropriate behavior.Except for my inability to continue to work on the commission due to some circumstances, I will not accept refund requests.
